Your Home Students must have a piano or keyboard available.

Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons are offered to students who give the teacher 24 hours notice and will be subject to availability. These lessons must be fulfilled during the same semester of the absence. If the teacher is unavailable for the make-up lesson and the student has already used up their 1 lesson refund, the lesson will be forfeited.
Make-up lessons or refunds will not be given for lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
In the case the teacher has to cancel, a make-up lesson or a sub will be provided only if both the parent and child feel comfortable. If the teacher is unable to provide a make-up lesson or a sub, a refund will be given.
In the case of inclement weather, the studio will follow the same closings as NYC Public Schools. There will be no lessons on days when schools are closed.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Students are assigned a regular weekly time and expected to attend all planned lessons.
Students are allowed a refund for up to 1 lesson per semester if the teacher is given 24 hours notice for the cancellation.
Refund Rates:
30-min lesson - $30 / $40
45-min lesson / housecall - $40 / $50
1 hour lesson / housecall - $60 / $70
Should students desire to stop lessons, refunds for remaining untaught lessons will only be given during the first 4 weeks of the semester. After the 4th lesson, no refunds will be given. In the event of a serious illness or family crisis, a refund for remaining untaught lessons may be given at the teacher's discretion.
If the teacher decides to terminate lessons, a refund will be given for remaining untaught lessons.
