Tuition / Fees
Tuition is based on a semester system, either to be paid at the beginning of the semester in full or in a monthly installment payment plan.
Tuition includes 18 reserved lessons for the fall semester and 18 for the spring semester and covers the cost of method books and materials. (18 lessons per semester).
Fall Semester: September 13th, 2021 - January 31st, 2022
Spring Semester: February 1st, 2022 - June 19th, 2022
Studio will generally follow public school holidays.

A $25 discount off of the total semester fee is offered to: 1) those who pay the tuition in full, 2) if two or more family members are taking lessons, or 3) to those who have referred a new student to the studio.
For those who join the studio mid-semester, tuition will be prorated.

Making Your Payment
Semester tuition is due at the beginning of the semester on September 13th, 2021, or can be paid in monthly installments at the first lesson of every month. Payment should be remitted to:

**MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN**
There will be 5 monthly payments for each semester. Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 15th will incur a $20 late fee which will automatically be applied to the following month’s invoice. Those who continuously miss their payments will be asked to pay the remaining semester fee in full.
Invoices will be sent by e-mail or by Venmo. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Chase QuickPay, and the payment should be given to the teacher or mailed to the address below by the due date. Mailed checks must be postmarked by the date it is due to avoid the late fee.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Students are assigned a regular weekly time and expected to attend all planned lessons.
Students are allowed a refund for up to 1 lesson per semester if the teacher is given 24 hours notice for the cancellation.
Refund Rates:
30-min lesson - $40
45-min lesson / housecall - $55 / $65
1 hour lesson / housecall - $75 / $85
Activity Fees
There is a recital fee for each student who would like to participate in the studio recital. The fee includes participation in 1 studio class and a trophy.
There will be additional fees for students who decide to participate in other activities such as music exams and field trips.
